It is easy to move forward when everything is going great. Sun is shining, friends are clapping, economy is growing and here I go! But what do you do when it’s ‘cloudy’, when some of your colleagues begin to murmur against you and when the economy is going down?
It’s easy to say, “I quit”. But if you do, you loose everything. It’s not easy to say, “I somehow hold tight now”. If you do, you are only existing. It’s real tough to say, “I am going to go forward no matter what!” But, if you do that, you win the game!
You see, the devil’s game plan is to defeat you and stop you from accomplishing your God-ordained wonderful purposes and plans. Though Jesus has defeated satan 2000 years back, he still tries to deceive people as if he is the ruler!
It may be difficult for you to move forward now. Everywhere you look, you may see impossibilities and difficulties. It may be more easier to say “I quit” than to say “I am gonna move forward”.
Understand this: it’s not what you see or sense by your physical senses that determines whether you move or not. God has a great destiny for you. Satan doesn’t want you to fulfill your call. He brings different things to stop you from doing your call. However, God has everything set for your move. God’s angels are all set to move with you. The Holy Spirit is ever ready to empower you and make your paths straight. The only thing that must be done is: you take your first step!
Don’t wait anymore to think about it. Don’t plan another planning meeting! Now is the time to move. And when you move, all heaven is going to back you up!
You may mourn, “No, I don’t feel the strength to move. I feel so weak. I am into depression!”. The truth is, the more you wait, the more this condition gets worse. But the moment you take the very first step, the miracle begins to happen. As you focus your eyes on Jesus and take each step forward by faith in the promises He has given you, your former conditions begin to crumble and loose its power. The beginning may not be smooth at all. But the more you move forward, the easier it will be. As you keep moving forward, hope will begin to rise in you. You will start sensing strength and passion rising up in you. And even before you notice, you are already there in the victory zone!
